Shipping

Complimentary express shipping on all orders over $550 CAD. Below that, a flat $22 CAD anywhere in Canada and the United States.

Orders are dispatched from Porto within one business day. Express delivery is typically two to four business days to Canadian addresses, three to six elsewhere. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.

Duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with the tags attached. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel — no need to ask for one.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving back with us. Exchanges for a different size are free; place a new order and return the original, and we will refund it as soon as it lands.

Pieces bought during a final run are still returnable. We do not discount, so there are no final-sale exclusions.

Repairs

Free for the life of the garment. Send a photograph and your order number to anislamimi@laminis.ca and we will issue a prepaid label. Re-taping, re-zipping and re-panelling are all handled by the workshop that made the piece.
